Couch to 5k Programme

Whether you are new or returning to running, or just need that extra encouragement, why not join our Couch to 5k programme.

You will attend our weekly Monday group meeting, led by an England Athletics qualified Run Leader, which will include a mix of running and walking, gradually building up stamina and distance over the 8 week programme. You will also have two additional weekly runs to complete in your own time – we’ll tell you what you need to do.

Enrolment is £20 which can be put towards our full membership fee on completion of the programme should you decide to join our friendly and sociable running club.
